The North Carolina Tigers fully reversible guernsey or jersey was new in 2023 and is what the Tigers wear at most training sessions and for metro games of the club, when they want to play locally and not have to travel.

The guernsey has a host of sponsors on the back to show who supports them and in yellow or reversed into white, it is like having two guernseys or jerseys at the same time.
