The Flying Foxes in South East Tennessee are in many respects a product of the Rome Redbacks club that lies one hour south in NW Georgia. A part of the burgeoning NGAFL a sub league for NW Georgia games, the Flying Foxes are off to a steady start and sent players with the Rome Redbacks to the USAFL National Championships in Sarasota Florida in 2023.
